You all know her so well and we are very appreciative of your collaborative and flexible approach to her care,  We have learnt so much from you and are so grateful for your support and reassurance through the rough times.

 

You have gone over and above time and time again which has paid off big time in her learning, behaviour and most of all her happiness.
